Yes, the Club is definitely concerned with all aspects of the heritage of Beagle Pups, Bulldogs and to some extent to B206 (Basset) and the company that created them. Please note that this should not be confused with the organisation Beagle Heritage Ltd; which exists as a private entity to source and procure parts.
No, but you do need to be an enthusiast!
The Club tries to spread events across the country to give as many as possible the chance to attend. A number of events is shared with other clubs, such as Auster Club, or VPAC (Vintage Piper Aircraft Club).
As a Club: no, although a number of Members have gathered up stocks of parts over the years, some of which may be available to Club Members. As a Committee, we do have Members who look after parts supply, and will always try to find storage for spares so that they are not lost!
Currently, a full year is £30.00 for Members. Originals' membership is free.
From April 2025, the yearly cost will be £40.00 (the inevitable increase, first one in over 10 years!).
The Club doesn't have a home base; the Committee decided that the type and the size of the Club doesn't warrant a permanent base, which would have a high impact on the Club resources. However, we are on the lookout for a centralised location to store Club-related assets, documents and other memorabilia...
